In the Senior room we discovered some new ways to calculate multiplication questions and percentage questions.
Multiplication
Double and half method-
8 x 14 = 112 so half 14 and double 8
7 x 16 =112
4 x 28 =112
Percentages
16% of 25 is the same as 25% of 16
So the answer is 4
